True Source Hemp accepts returns of all products within 30 days of delivery. Our customers are extremely important to us and their satisfaction is our number one priority. Prior to leaving a review, please be sure to contact us with any issues, so we can promptly resolve the issue at hand.
Damaged item claims must be made within 72 hours by contacting us at info@truesourcehemp.com and we’ll take care of the issue immediately. Please include specific details and photos of product damage in the email sent.
RETURN TO SENDER
If your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for postage.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
All returns MUST have a valid RMA number prior to shipping product(s) back to us. Before you do ship any product(s) back, make sure to emails us at info@truesourcehemp.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, you must include:
- A copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or:
- Your Name, Address, and Phone Number.
- Reason for return and RMA number.
True Source Hemp may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost (prepaid label provided by us).
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours. Please allow 2-4 days for your bank to clear the funds.
SOLD OUT ITEMS
We try very hard to have sufficient stock of all the products we offer and have that stock status accurately displayed on our website and in marketplaces. But we do run out from time to time. In these situations, you’ll be notified by our staff immediately and presented with an ETA or other product options.
